Bear Spot Farm provides world-class care to 20 dressage horses, 3 therapy horses, two therapy ponies, and soon 1 therapy mini. Dedicated to the art and excellence in dressage, Bear Spot strives to bring patience and compassion to the long process of developing a Grand Prix dressage horse and rider.
The Bear Spot Foundation provides Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) to children, adolescents, and adults. Our experiential therapeutic model uses the relationship with the therapy horse or pony to help our clients learn about themselves and their relationships with humans. The power of the connection with a horse serves as a profound inspiration for change.
The Farm hosts clinics with some of the top clinicians in the world, offers three USDF/USEF recognized horse shows, and artistic performances. Check out our events page for further information.
